Dewey

Taken in by law enforcement for starvation, this guy is now seeking a new home. His teeth have been floated, he has been vaccinated, feet trimmed and wormed. When the farrier worked on him it was determined that he had an extreme case of thrush which was making him lame. He is a handsome guy, likes people, has a lot of energy and attitude. Pictured is a before and a after picture. We think he is possible an Appendix QH.

During his riding assessment it was determined that he will need a very experienced person to work with him. He is dominate, wants to challenge authority. He is not for the faint of heart, wants to pull back or lean into pressure. We think he was ridden in the past but not in a very long time. Dewey would benefit from a lot of groundwork.
