Moe

This boy is a super sweet gentleman!

Moe is a uniquely colored Appy, age estimated to be early to mid 20's. Moe has been used as a pack horse in the past and ridden in the hills. He is up to date on his vaccinations, teeth floating, worming and foot trimming.

Moe was adopted from us last year but returned to us in January, at no fault of his own. He is currently gaining needed weight and will be ready to go to a new home very soon.

During his dental Moe was found to have what is called a wave mouth, which makes it difficult for him to grind hay and get the nutrition he needs. Due to this condition, he requires a softened pellet diet as well as hay forage.

We've had a riding assessment done and he is gentle under saddle, doesn't like the Snaffle bit we tried, but did great in a hackamore.
