Dr. Who is a nice senior gelding that had fallen on bad times, has come to RCER for rehab and re-homing. Dr. Who has nice legs and feet, no blemishes or scars. He is very good with his feet and easy to catch. Dr. Who is an Arab/QH cross. RCER was told that he was a 4-H horse in the past, but cannot confirm that info. He would make a great teacher for a beginner or be a wonderful pasture pet. Who had his teeth floated
