Destiny

Destiny is a 10-12 year old QH mare, presumed to be pregnant by a TB stud. She came to RCER with a badly cut right knee and is currently under vet care. We have been told that she was lead around with kids on her, but do not know how well broke she is, will be assessed after she has healed.

Destiny is very scared at this time, possibly abused in the past, needs a person the can give her a lot of love. Update January 6, 2015, Destiny is now being handled. She is easy to catch, even comes up to you most of the time. She has a very sweet, gentle disposition and always wants to do a good job for you. She has a sensitive personality so a gentle hand is a must. Her knee is healing nicely; the injury doesn’t appear to effect her gate at all. She is great around dogs and other horses.
