Caramel – Courtesy Listing

Caramel is a 9 year old, 14 hh Quarter Horse pony gelding.  Buckskin dun with tiger stripes.  I pulled him off the Zillah sale/kill pen in the summer of 2012.  He has sustained an injury to his right hind hip while there but has recovered nicely.  He has been ridden on trails quite a bit, has had arena work and while not polished, he is a boy that wants to engage and is willing. He has never been naughty under saddle and I can get on him and take him down the road when he’s not been ridden for months but he is not what I would call a beginners horse as he still has a lot to learn.  He can also be a bit pushy with his head on the ground so he needs an owner who will not hand feed him or let him get away with not respecting boundaries.
